I have always cooked on the fly for my family. My daughter asked me to make a blog that would include my own recipes and others I like or find. If you like a meal I put up tell me about your meal. Did everyone like it? Did you like it? What did you add to it?
I tend to make most of my meals "no added salt." So if you are a salt lover you may need to add a little to the finished product!
