What can you cook with tonight?
I have always cooked on the fly for my family. My daughter asked me to make a blog that would include my own recipes and others I like or find. If you like a meal I put up tell me about your meal. Did everyone like it? Did you like it? What did you add to it? I tend to make most of my meals "no added salt." So if you are a salt lover you may need to add a little to the finished product!

Making the best Boca Burgers!
Need:
- Boca Burger Flame Grilled
- Real butter
- Soy Pepper Jack Cheese
- Mrs. Dash All Purpose seasoning and pepper
- I first start out with a pat of real butter in the pan on medium heat.
- Place the Boca patty on top of the melted butter and cover for about 5 - 10 min.
- Place another pat of real butter on the non-cooked side and flip over.
- Cook for another 5 - 10 min.
- Add Mrs. Dash's seasoning and pepper (just a few shakes).
- Cook on both sides until you get a nice brown around the edges.
- Turn heat off and place Soy Pepper Jack cheese on top to melt.
Now while the burger is cooking lets work on those homemade fries!
- You will need 1 - 2 medium sized potatoes for each person
- Slice into long, thin strips (like French fries)
- Grape Seed Cooking oil
- Regular frying pan
- Paper towel to drain off oil
- Place Grapeseed oil in pan to cover the potatoes, about an 1 1/2 inches deep
- Heat oil. You know it is ready when it starts to pop.
- Place sliced potatoes in the oil.
- Do not over load, just put in enough to cover the pan.
- Wait until they are all light brown.
- Take out and drain on paper towel.
- This is where you can add your salt if you like!
All in all this will take about 15 - 30 min and your ready to eat. Add avocado, mayo and mustard - it's awesome!
