Making the best Boca Burgers!

Need:
  1. I first start out with a pat of real butter in the pan on medium heat.
  2. Place the Boca patty on top of the melted butter and cover for about 5 - 10 min.
  3. Place another pat of real butter on the non-cooked side and flip over.
  4. Cook for another 5 - 10 min.
  5. Add Mrs. Dash's seasoning and pepper (just a few shakes).
  6. Cook on both sides until you get a nice brown around the edges.
  7. Turn heat off and place Soy Pepper Jack cheese on top to melt.
Now while the burger is cooking lets work on those homemade fries!
  • You will need 1 - 2 medium sized potatoes for each person
  • Slice into long, thin strips (like French fries)
  • Grape Seed Cooking oil
  • Regular frying pan
  • Paper towel to drain off oil
  1. Place Grapeseed oil in pan to cover the potatoes, about an 1 1/2 inches deep
  2. Heat oil. You know it is ready when it starts to pop.
  3. Place sliced potatoes in the oil.
  4. Do not over load, just put in enough to cover the pan.
  5. Wait until they are all light brown.
  6. Take out and drain on paper towel.
  7. This is where you can add your salt if you like!
All in all this will take about 15 - 30 min and your ready to eat. Add avocado, mayo and mustard - it's awesome!
